You guys have been a big help in the restoration of my 1912 Touring that I thought I would periodically post random pictures. These of course are the removal of the old leather and horse hair.

The first thing I noticed is that a lot of the button hardware is unrusted. Pretty good after more than a century.

The button washers are plated. Nickel or zinc, I think.
