Were all Model T Steering Wheel Nuts a Cap nut? I just took one off of my Early 1922 Touring and it was not.

That nut had a horn button attached to the top. Either aftermarket or from a Canadian car.
Wow, I did not know that. It must have been an accessory. So far this car has been all original and it had quite a few cool accessories. Any Idea of the make or model of this horn button?

Looks like it could be an Apco horn button. I have one on my 1919 Speedster.

It looks different to the Canadian s/wheel nut.

I think the nut is from an APCO too. Here is a side view of the Steering Nut.

Thanks John, I just found those in your post from 2010. Do you still have that horn? Can you tell if it has the same nut side profile?
