I have a question. When Ford introduced electrical equipment on T's were demountable rims along with a rear spare tire carrier always included?
I checked the T encyclopedia but maybe I missed that information specific to spare tire carriers.
I noticed on my 21 T touring the provision for the lower drivers side rear tail light bracket (3 holes) is on the steel crossmember.
My car is a starter car and I was installing the triangular rear spare tire carrier when I noticed the holes.
Thanks for any help.
When you got a starter and generator, the demountable rims came with the package. There would have been a spare tire carrier too, but only with a rim attached.
