The T looks like a 15. Dirty but not worn out - might even be some remaining gloss in the paint giving reflections in the cowl, so maybe it's from when the car was fairly new in 1915/16?

Its hard to say but the windshield post looks like rivets at the bottom. They look a little smaller than the hinge screw. The rivets would be smaller than the screws. I believe 1915 used rivets and 16 used screws. I can not see the horn button but I think 15 was the round one screwed to the column and I think 16 should have the wrap around style. Was there a difference in the uphoulstery pattern on the door.?
