Hello,
This bench seat came with a speedster project i purchased about two years ago. Any information on the make/model of car this was on would be great! Also, any tips on upholstering this seat would be quite useful!

looks like franklin about 05 to me.charley
but this seat has two ribs on the back instead of one
could it be from an open runabout?
Nathan,,
I've got one that's similar that was given to me by an old man in the 1970's, with the speedster I bought from him. I never even thought about it being from a car. I replaced it with bucket seats and used it mounted on a box I built around my gas tank on my TT for the 20 plus years between rebuilding the running gear and rebuilding the cab and bed! I'm going back to FL in a week or so, I'll check it out. It still has the upholstery, but, I don't remember what happened to the cushion.
That would be great! thanks a lot!
Looks a lot like the rear seat of my 1907 Franklin Touring
