I am looking for a 1911 Model T Touring car in running condition. I'd love to find an original or early restoration car that still has it's original leather interior and original engine. I prefer a car with some patina - a preservation candidate and not a frame off restoration. If you have a car that fits this description or know of someone that has one, please give me a call at 586-281-6334 - I am a serious buyer with cash!

Thanks, Mark, but I've looked into that one already; wrong rear axle and poorly installed incorrect interior and it's just too far away and too much money!

BTW, that's the same one from the Blue Oval Ranch that's for sale.

Also, wrong engine, wrong headlamps, no carbide generator and wrong horn. Also looks like incorrect springs but other than than, she's a beaut!

Yeah, that's the one he stole from me - Ward Sherwood had it in Arizona and he sold it from under me to Don.

Geez, I should have put a smiley face after that comment :-) You're right, Don, you are just the buyer in this whole mess and I'm actually to blame because I made the mistake of asking Ward if he was firm in his price instead of just paying what he wanted. But when a seller says "make your best offer" in response to that question, you expect some honesty. Apparently, there was no room for negotiations and I lost the car. But if he would have simply said "no, I'm firm in my offer" I would be the owner of that beautiful T and you would still be searching like I am now! Sour grapes, I know, but really, enjoy that beautiful T!

All good Bill! I was positive that is what you meant. But to someone who doesn't know me, or our conversations, I could be taken the wrong way.
Best of luck in your search. I'll continue to send anything I find your way.

Don
