Day 4 of the Auction is Sept 4th
Here is what the auction is stating. There is a dead day between the two days.
Day #1 will be on Saturday Morning September 2, 2017 beginning at 8:30 a.m.
Day # 2- will be on Monday Morning September 4, 2017 at 8:30 a.m.
Steve, Thank you. You are correct Sept 2nd and Sept 4th. That would have been very bad. Hope you can make it.
Scott, yes both days since I am near. Got my wife along to carry while I bid.
Okay guys, here is your chance. Are you on the border as to wether or not you are coming to the auction ? Is there a part you saw in previous pictures that you would like better view of to help you make that decision? Speak up now and ask questions. I will be on site this weekend and can get you better pictures out in the daylight.
Steve, I found what you're looking for and yes it is still there.
On a sidenote, more pictures to come. I hope you can make this auction. There is a ton of stuff.
Pic 88. Model A wire wheels
Pic 97. One of the frames has the body to frame stanchions.
Pic 98. Buddy seat
Pic 99. Other than this pic, I saw a total of at least 4-26/27 gas tanks. Many pre '26 oval tanks. Also at least 1- round tank.
Pic 102. Front axle springs. One has Hassler's
Pic 103. "Fresh" windows
Pic 104. Hogs head.... not just 1 but probably at least 20 plus.
Blocks!! Blocks !! Blocks !!
Last minute reminder.
Here is my haul from Saturday. I was able to get most of what I was after. I bought more than I planned. It as hard to pass up Model T rear ends and transmissions for $5 a piece. Will go back Monday, and by the way, the family was really nice.
The 1912 engine is not anywhere to be found. Long drive and 3 days wasted for me and my wife. Lots of stuff but not worth it. We took a trailer but what we did buy fits in the back seat of the truck. We already looked at everything for tomorrow just a while ago and had a hard time finding anything to make it worth staying here to bid on. We don't need 10 engines or axles for black era cars but if you do and you have lots of room you can have it. We will stay for a while but might head home early if the sale takes as long as it did yesterday. Mark both of us and several others I talked to as disappointed.
