This Tudor has been in my family for over 50 years. It is complete, very straight, rust free, and runs and drives well.
It is an old amateur restoration by an auto shop teacher. The most recent work was in the late 90's and included rebuilding the front end, rear end, and driveshaft. Some of this work was done by Chaffin's Garage in Corona, California.
The paint is lacquer, with no checking, but needing some minor touch-ups. The interior is wool and was a full kit from Smitty's in Beardstown, IL in the mid 1960s. The interior is in good+ condition with minor fading and a few small moth holes.
There are few modifications to the original configuration aside from safety glass, a water pump, and a Spencer fat-man tilting and locking steering wheel.
This was a Southern CA car for much of its life and I ran it in the Orange County Model T Club in the late 1990's. This car would make a good driver or parade car, or a great foundation for a new professional restoration.
I have included one low-res photo above, but please see this link
for high resolution photos of the car. Take a close look at the oblique (smooth) views to see the straightness of the body. Happy to answer any questions.
