A friend asked me last night to advertise to buy a 1924 or 1925 Coupe like his father owned as a young man. He doesn't want a restoration project/basket case or a past national show winner. Something in between = a nice, safe, respectable driver. It doesn't have to be perfect. A Midwest location would be ideal, preferably in or near southeast Iowa (Davenport). But all offered cars will be considered.
Thank you in advance.

I have absolutely No affiliation with this listing(https://www.ebay.com/itm/1924-Ford-Model-T/232556155933?_trkparms=aid%3D111001%2 6algo%3DREC.SEED%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D41375%26meid%3D4318df7aa492475fa927b5f1be5db43 0%26pid%3D100033%26rk%3D2%26rkt%3D7%26sd%3D152781097191&_trksid=p2045573.c100033 .m2042) on Ebay, but it appears that it is one you could look at? It is fairly close to you as well. Have no idea if it is being advertised locally as well, but if interested in it, why not send a message through Ebay inquiring? Hope your friend finds what he wants!
I did Google last night, but found only one or two overpriced/under-achieving offerings. I have a restored '24 Coupe, so I do open classified ads offering '23-25 Coupes out of curiosity. Usually there are a few available at any given time. Not now, though, we I want one! Something will turn up - I hope.
Isnít that the way things always seem to go ?

In my life - yes!
There's one over on the forum side for sale in Washington state look in the November 6 area 1925 coupe
Thanks, Dave. I have now sent the man a note inquiring about the car. We'll see what happens.
There was a nice one on Craigslist for West Virginia asking price was 7500
Marshall... There is a phone number in the add...
Not a '24/'25, but a nice coupe none the less.
Not connected to this sale, but I did buy another coupe from this man over 20 years ago, then sold it to my friend who still owns it.
Here is another possibility on CL - 1924 Coupe. Again I have absolutely NO affiliation with this ad.
Pm me. I have a 24 Coupe I am thinking about selling. Zip 35173. Dan
