I believe that is 1909 and 1910 only. The 1911s I have have a grease citing as do all those from 1911 on. The 1910 one I have is plain.

Yes, it does have the threaded hole for a grease cup on the other side.

I think the hole for the grease cup (1909-10) is on the top. The raised numbers suggest this is no earlier than 1912.
