Choke spring has been replaced, both Choke and throttle plates work well and both plates have brand new staples. Carb has a very good drain valve and needle, which is very unusual. Normally some Einstein has ruined the drain valve with pliers. The Float pressure tested good. The bowl and intake manifold both have a new gasket. the spray needle has a good point.
