Brass Schebler carb . All seems to work, will need to restore as It Is as found. As you can see It Is dirty. It has a shutter as compared to a butterfly.

They were used on a wide variety of applications. George Schebler developed an entire line of carbs based on that design and produced them in many different sizes. That size was used on the early International truck for one, many tractors and stationary engines.

It is a Schebler D model with what is commonly called the "Chicken slicer" intake adjustment.
