We are offering a '21 TT flatbed truck that has been owned by the same family since NEW. This Ford is almost all original and certainly a "survivor". Though it has not been run/operated for over a decade, the engine turns freely, tires/tubes are not dry rotted and hold air. The following description was offered by seller: "Our Grandpa bought this Ford Model TT new in 1921 as a truck chassis and built the wooden cab and bed himself. He used it around his rural Maine homestead to haul logs from his woods and granite from his quarry for cabins. After his death in 1969 our Dad trailered it home to our Ohio farm where it has resided since, under cover in our barn, and driven only occasionally on country back roads." We are offering this exceptionally well preserved (UNRESTORED)piece of history for a very reasonable $ 14,900, or nearest offer. Please contact Mark for/with more information.

Body By Geneva Carriage Co. This truck is complete and runs. Have original bill of sale. $9000
It was used on a farm in Maine to take veggies to market. I have first and last Maine plates with several in between. The last inspection sticker of 1950 is still on windshield.

Thank you Jim for your input regarding the '21 TT.
We are hopeful for someone who values the owner history and authenticity of the truck. Certainly open to offers, just not wanting to give it away.
It IS time, however, for it to find a new home.
Mark

If it runs and drives without any obvious defects and the motor sounds decent It certainly should fetch at the very least, $4,500. If it was cleaned up real nice and all the tires are very good It might make $5,500, but it could take a while to match it up with the right buyer (someone who really wants a TT with a home-made body). These are prices that people knowledgeable about Model Tís might be willing to spend. People not knowledgeable about Model Tís might spend more.

This seller is on the correct path (starting high, advertising, and gradually lowering the price).

Oddly enough, the original price probably wasnít out of line from a professional appraisers point-of-view. Iíve had experience with several Tís over the last 15 years that had professional appraisals that were three times or more over the amount the vehicles would realistically sell for.

TT buyers are a unique subset of T buyers.

There are a lot of unknowns with this one, namely the family does not know much about the mechanical condition of this TT.

Would make an interesting project for the right buyer.
