Must be made for the South. It wouldn't go anywhere in ice and snow. Unless, of course, it was down hill.

It is quite a contraption indeed. It appears to be the antithesis of four wheel independent suspension. It looks like there's a rectangular frame that the axles are attached to then springs holding up the body from that rigid frame.

Kinda like a rolling brick. Really neat, Herb. Thanks!
