I'm putting some info together concerning the first Model Ns, and found this in my "stuff". I thought it was kind of entertaining.
The ad by "Hall and Lyon Co. shows the winning lottery ticket for a $500 Ford. The contest ended June 1st, 1906, and it appears the winners chose the cash instead of the Ford. This may have been a good choice, since the First Model Ns aren't' delivered until July, and only a few hundred are delivered by October 1 1906:
