Jay actually has a massive network of 'assistants' (aka SPIES) who comb garage sales, swap meets, and sometimes the backs of auto museums for these Model T accessories. I'm not sure how gets that many people to help him . . . but I think it has something to do with using photoshop to blackmail his minions into submission.
