Anyone with an english wheel wanting to sell it?
Harbor Freight now sells them reasonably priced.
If you're handy enough to use one, you should be handy enough to build one. Lots of plans, photos and ideas online.
It's probably worth posting on metalshapers.org or metalmeet.com. They both have forums with good info on what is out there.
I would steer clear of budget fabricated e-wheels like the Harbor Freight model, they have a lot of flex.
There are some guys here in Oz who are bringing out a cast iron bench top wheel in the next month or so. It looks pretty good but obviously not practical to ship to Kansas.
This swedish-american guy, Lazze, gives you a lot of good advice for free on youtube if you can stand our accent ;) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hePmCEjDSu4
Roders Journal had the plans to build your own online a couple of years ago I downloaded it look for it online
