Our own Mike Walker has restored/made one.
When we went to the London to Brighton run in 1996, we were invited to the Shuttleworth collection and saw the Hicks Starter. I thought it was an original, guess it was recreated in 1952.
I think this one was T based rather then TT and notice the RH drive.
