The other thread regarding the '14 - '17 switch was getting a bit long so I'll add this one. This is a NOS composite switch with the correct face plate and the small, round white gasket on the rear that Keith T. was eluding to in the other switch thread.
Is that gasket solid or a tube like a Victrola reproducer gasket?
It has a brown colored type putty in the core as if it would compress when tightening the switch onto the box.
I have one that is almost as good. I believe it to be an early take off, from someone who installed a Corbin lock. The white gasket is still in it too. Beautiful switch Steve, and I'll bet Otis had it too? There are two reproductions on the market, and both are nice. One has no place for the gasket, and ours does. Available from Langs.
