I am trying to find a exhaust header plate to build a header for a model t speedster. Does anyone know where I can find one or who still manufactures them?

You could also contact Reds Headers.

You could also just take this Model A manifold adapter and use that, give you a good plate to start with that is already cut and drilled and just needs tubes welded on. http://www.modeltford.com/item/MAN-A.aspx

Typically do you have gaskets on both sides of the plate for the intake?

I was thinking if you used the A adapter, you could weld up your pipes, and then cut away whatever you needed to so that your intake manifold will sit flush against the engine. That way you avoid needing gaskets on both sides.
