I am in contact with the people in Labrador that have found Com. Donald MacMillan's original White Snowmobile a 26 T roadster PU. As of this weekend they were able to get all the parts (found in an isolated area) loaded and hauled out and will be put in storage until funding can be arranged and restoration can be started.
Can anyone that works at the Benson find out where Ser. No. 14336254 (1926) was sold and shipped to. I'm still trying to trace how the Snowmobile Co. received there new cars to be modified into Snowmobiles.

Bob

Com. MacMillan readies his T Snowmobile to load onto the schooner BOWDIN for the trip North in 1927.

There are no records that would show where any Model T built after December 1914 was shipped.

If it was built in the US, and shipped north there may be records of taxes or import duties paid which may include destination or name of importer

Royce & Rob
Thanks for the input. I'm trying to figure if
Mr. White purchased his new cars ( for modification to Snowmobiles) through the Snowmobile Co. directly or if he used his Ford Agency ( Whites Garage) then sold to his Snowmobile Co. for this conversion. Just trying to find the flow of events if possible.

Thanks again
Bob

There are records showing engine #14336254 was likely assembled during the evening shift of october 1, 1926. That would make it a 1927 model year car.

Hi Bob;
Jamie is going to try an get some pictures and/or a video posted showing the move. Hopefully he can get it posted to the forum or a link. It would be great to see.
