When Gene Carrothers gathered the scattered parts for a Langbein TT Overdrive for me yesterday, we were surprised to see a Hyatt bearing inside.

Tthanks again, Gene.

All most looks about the same size as Model A transmission or water pump bearing.

Was Glad to help out RDR. Any time.

For those interested, We found and assembled back together all the parts for two Langbein over drive trannys. One is for a TT and the other for a passenger car. A perfect setup especially cause it mounts right in front of the Dif so no added weight to the hogshead.

Ready for Bkrsfld.

Small Hyatt bearings were used in transmissions.. I have a Rocky Mountain *6 speed* with those small bearings on/in the cluster gear (counter shaft).
