I found what I wanted at Chickasha; a two speed Warford. Now with that and my Ruckstell I will have a two stick roadster with tracks in the back. Of course I had to disassemble it as soon as I got home so I could fondle all the gears. I wanted the two speed because the underdrive is a lower ratio than the underdrive in a three speed. I also did not want overdrive in a Snow Flyer. The constant mesh design is a bonus. Now I am wondering how much preload to put on the Timken bearings. Without any printed information to go by, I set used bearings at zero drag and new bearings at a slight drag. Maybe they should be set tighter. Is there some original Warford information out there?

Sounds good to me.
