im lookiing at a model t with a stick shift in the floor, is it a warford, if so could someone explain what that is, it is in a 26 pick up truck. thanks

It could be a Warford auxillary transmission, or some other brand. It could also be a Ruxtell 2 speed rear end. Look and see if the shifter is shifting something in the center of the car or shifting the rear end. You should also be able to look at the auxillary transmission if that is what it has and see a name cast into it. Most brands were proud of there product and cast there name in it. Get a little more info for us and we can describe what you have.

there were 40 auxiliary transmissions for Ts. You have to tell more than "a stick shift in the floor".
