Never saw a HAL head on a Model T before. On Model A/B yes, but not on a T. Also, either the running boards have been shortened or the wheelbase lengthened at the rear because the gap between the rear wheel and the rear fender looks odd. Interesting car. It would be neat to see better closeups of the head. Lots of nice parts on this speedster.

Ron, that gap between the rear wheels and the fender does look unusual. Perhaps it is a result of moving the rear axle when lowering the frame. I can't tell from the photos.
