1917-1925. In 1919 demountables became available for closed cars, but square-felloe nondemountables were standard issue on open cars through 1925.

According to the encyclopedia, demountables were optional on open cars in 1919.

The frame has the holes to mount a battery carrier and three holes for the forged running board supports. On our Canadian sourced cars this would pit it in the 1919-1921 bracket.
