My Wife and I are foster care "parents" for the Jacksonville Humane Society so when they approached us for ideas on how to raise funds well let's have a car show. I was in the middle of making a pick-up out of my roadster because I dropped the turtle lid and a big piece of "bondo" fell off and hit the ground! I took the turtle off to see if I could fix it right and decided I could but it will take time/money/enthusiasm and the latter is the only one I have in an unlimited supply. Didn't want to drive around "Bob Tail"so I built this bed for the back.
it still needs a lot of work but Iran out of time so we took Lizzie as isThen at the show this guy parked next to meso I said the only thing I could Yeah, but does your bed dump? I love one up-manship!

Mike a Slight problem of reading measurements without wearing my glasses but on the bright side if I throw a tent over it I have a camper with a great alarm clock!

Looking good so far. I'd look into some kind of fold-down legs on the back if you want to sleep in it, though. Last thing you'd want is for your alarm clock to go off too early! haha

Thanks Jared the front of the bed is actually held in place by the headache board and cannot dump until the back is lifted up & over on an over-center arrangement

Beautiful RPU but looks a bit out of proportion.
