After you install the new windshield or the new radiator, it's unlikely you'll ever have to do that again. There are other parts that need to be replaced from time to time, especially on a car that's driven a lot. A couple of obvious examples are transmission band linings and emergency brake linings. What else belongs on the list of parts that need occasional replacement?

One list to get it all in one place:

Engine Oil
Rear End Oil
Grease Cup Grease (add)
Oiler Oil
Trans/brake Bands
Emergency Brake Lining
Water/Antifreeze
Tires
Tubes
Fan Belt
Battery
Spark Plugs
Timer
Coils
Light Bulbs
Felt Seals
Rings
Valves

What have I overlooked? I left things like timing gear, babbitt, camshaft, etc. because they are typically replaced either due to a failure or in an overhaul, not "from time to time".

Sadly, the drivers get replace too often, I hope your car does not need such a replacement.

You need to define "Replace from time to time"

I see things listed above that one would not need to be replaced in years or up even a life time.

To add to Hal's...also the spindle bolt BUSHINGS...I think they wear quicker and worse than the bolts do actually. I oil mine a whole lot!
