As Mark Strange pointed out, every time someone makes a comment on purported "Hailey Scott's" insurance spam, it bounces it to the top again. Instead of giving the bozo the bandwidth he was looking for, make your comments in this thread and let that one sink down to where it belongs....
Dick I hope one of the administrators, will remove it. It is showing how they are getting a little better in the presentation of the spam/scams. There are no misspelled words, no poor grammar, ect ....
Posts like that one are like scabs.... some of us can't resist picking at them. That's why I started this thread.
Donnie, if that thread is removed, then this one can be as well. This is just a lightning rod...
Chris, then this one can go as well, since it no longer makes a lot of sense.
Good way to handle such spam posts, thanks Dick and Chris!
Thank you Dick Lodge! Thank you Chris Brancaccio!
What I wanted to say when I first saw that @$$#*!!$ post was how much I hated people that spam places they are not wanted and do not belong (like dumping your trash on a pristine beach). But I refused to post a reply to it and put it back to the top. I should have thought of this idea. Good one. Again, Thank you Dick L! And if Chris B wants to delete this one also, okay by me. Thanks Chris B!
Drive carefully, and enjoy, W2
Guys, I hit upon the idea more or less by chance, prompted by Mark's comment. It gives us a chance to remind each other what a jerk the guy is while at the same time not giving him the attention he's counting on. We should all keep it in mind for the next time a spammer pulls a similar stunt. It also gives Chris a breather for removing the offending post, which will sink rapidly.
