This is what the school looked like in 1915 - only three years old at the time (this building replaced the original Central High School building).

Does it still exist?
St. Paul Central is considered one of the best high schools in Minnesota - public or private.
The 1912 high school building still exists. However, it had a MAJOR remodeling around 1980. The interior was gutted and components of the exterior were removed or covered over. Basically, only the original structural frame remains of the 1912 building remains. There were also additions such as a swimming pool.
This is what it looks like today:
Can you believe Erik thinks Central High School is considered one of the best high schools in Minnesota? Actually they're a darn good school but I think those hats look goofy when they attend the hockey tournaments to watch the other schools take the State Championship.
Go Indians!
