Guys that are going to be at Petti Jean, put your space numbers on here. I am planning to come just to look. Thanks, Dan.
Paul Mikeska, Mike Walker, and a few others will be at our usual place, H-24 & 25. Mike Black sometimes hangs out there with us. Just look for the Model T's!
I got the J-24 space adjoining Paul and Mike that Terry Woods turned in.
We actually have spaces H23, H24 and H25 this year. As Mike said just look for the T's on row H.
Im in K5 and K6, been a vendor 31 years this year. I do not bring a lot of T parts anymore. I use Petitt Jean to sell all my stuff that's too big to haul elsewhere. If any one requests something for a T, Ill bring it if I have one. See ya there...
Donnie,
I would be interested in a good small brake drum transmission.
Paul: Ill look for a useable one. They are getting so hard to find with good drums. I just rebuilt my 1927 engine. I tore down 6 complete 26-27 engines looking for good parts. I tore down 6 more transmissions looking for a good reverse drum. I finally had to buy a new reverse drum riveted to a good used gear. Do not throw away your cracked drums if the gears are good. That is becoming the way we will have to go in the near future. If I have one Ill throw it on the trailer.
Donnie -- I wish you'd start bringing more T stuff again. Maybe Petit Jean could be the one to take up the slack as Chickasha fades away.
Mike I may bring some stuff soon. I am thinking about making a trailer dedicated to just T parts. I have a heavy duty 20 foot tandem axle trailer, Im starting on building it for T parts. Ill have it set up in sections and organized as to parts both big and small. Ill just keep it loaded with several of each item and replace as sold. I hate the trailers that have tons of stuff just thrown on the trailer, because so much of it is destroyed in the hauling. I do find lots of deals on that kind of trailer, but the lost and broken parts are just a sad sight to see. As some of you may know by now from some of my comments on the forum, I am a firm believer of "take care of it or do not own it". I know that it is "your stuff" and you can do whatever you want with it. But if you let a nice transmission (or whatever)set in a bucket of water for a couple years, ?????? I may have the trailer done for next year at Petitt Jean but not this year. I do know that I need to get rid of some of this stuff.
