Yet another photo with a folded screen, supporting my contention that people drove these cars at horse drawn speed back then. Drive at the speed we do now and those hats would be lost overboard!

Early 1911 too, it still has a brass plated hand brake and non-tapered rear axle hubs.

I thought the brake handle looked plated, but wasn't sure.

What a great photo. You can see several different reflections in the shinny paint from the windshield support rods in the hood to the carbide generator in the splash shield. A very clean car for the day and a very solid road.
Poor cat or whatever he just ran over lol!
