hey all, I got my T back from the shop. I bought a top from Classtique and a shop installed it. Elizabeth was very nice, she did some custom cuts and everything lined up perfect. Great company! G&G classics did the awesome install from Indiana.

But... I had spinal surgery 3 weeks ago so I can't drive for a few more weeks, let alone work on the car. So for now it's sitting in the garage laughing at me. I've been on the couch for 10 weeks waiting to drive it again...

I know about that back surgery, I would not be walking today without the 3 I had. Good luck and the car will still be there for you when you are better. Don't rush things and follow the doctors advice.

Steven

It looks nice,But you should not be able to see the pivot for the front bow. It should push up and almost snap in place. As it looks now,it could lower even further when driven. It appears that the windshield post clamps is the only thing holding the top rigid.

Yeah it's not on fully with the clamps, I don't have the strength. I couldn't lift it so my wife folded it over just enough for the picture

That's an excellent top installation. Of course, it helps when the sewn parts are made right. :-)

There is no sense in letting a pretty car like that just sit and wait until your feeling better so I will sacrifice myself and come down and take it off your hand and drive it. (just to keep it lubed up of course) :-)

Speedy recovery

I wonder if Elizabeth has the spacing right for those rear windows?

Looks like the rear windows are too high.
