I just picked up a stash of T parts the other day and one carb. is different. Can anyone tell me about this carb? The electric coil is interesting. Also it has another counter weighted butterfly. PK

I believe that's a Wizard. There should be a nameplate on the opposite side from the one shown in your photo.

Simmons Super Power, also sold through I think Western Auto as the Wizard. There was I think also a third name for them, and they were sold with and/or without the pre-heating coil. I have a Simmons, but have never tried it (a long story as to why). People that have used them like them a lot provided the weighted butterfly and other parts are all in good working order. Generally, it is recommended to not use the pre-heater as modern gasoline simply does not need it.
Nice accessory carburetor!
Drive carefully, and enjoy, W2
