some time ago someone had made wrench for the transmission to crank shaft bolts can one of you guys tell me how it was.
i need a picture so
i can make one thanks Colin
sorry, we are not supposed to repeat old questions any more. i'd tell you to search thru google with mtfca included, but that makes people angry too. guess y'll have to read all the posts back to "some time ago", i'll go and let you get started now.
sorry collin, i couldn't resist, some one will have your answer
Colin, mine is a good quality offset ring spannner, with a little more crank induced with some heat. This allows easy access around the rear main cap webbing.
Hope this helps.
Allan from down under.
Clayton, I saw that post too. Got a kick out of it. Sometimes repitition doesn't hurt. Don't know about others, but my mind's going, so have to repeat questions once in a while too! Cripe, I even save "important" T related stuff on a flash drive, but don't remember just WHAT I put on it...
Colin, here is the 11/16" wrench I heated and bent to accommodate the flywheel bolts. It works very well and both ends are useful.
Was this the post?

Easy way to search the forum is Google: "mtfca forum 2014 wrench" and this post came up fast as one of them.
Now I remember why my 11/16 wrench has that kink in it! Sure am glad someone repeated an old question!
We should be allowed to repeat a question once a year, we're all getting older. I've had mine it won't happen again. cheers Colin
Thanks to Dan yes that is the one,Thanks to all the others that responded. So Dad went out to the garage to an old box of junk and knowing what it looked like he found the wrench it is a Insdale F4 flywheel wrench. This happened once before we had a puller in the tool box but it was so odd we never used it ,when we saw one on ebay it was a perch pusher. It worked like a dream. Thanks Colin
