Perhaps you need to better define where you'll be. Ontario is big and the entire southern end of it is defined by numerous lake shores.

IIRC there's a Model C on display at the Toronto Science Centre.

Contact The Horseless Carriage Club which is very active in Ontario or the Local Model T Club.
Dave can probably give you a contact number

Thinking more about this, if you like muscle cars, there is the Legendary Motorcar display in Milton. Further away is the RM Motorcar display in London which has some antiques. Downtown Oshawa has a very old car museum full of antiques including Model Ts. Tomorrow morning from 9am till noon, there is a first time festival and car show of some sort in downtown Stoney Creek just minutes from you. I will have my Model T there.

No trouble Rob. Here is the flyer I received last night for the show tomorrow if you are interested. It is in a nice location but that's all I know about it.

Dave - looks like the weather is going to be nice too. I would have like to be there too, but am down and out with kidney stones right now.
