I know the '26-27's used a bracket with 2 nuts, to hold the front spring use. Does the TT use the double U bolt type. Can the double U bolt one be used on the '26-27 Coupe?

Your first photo is of a '26/7 bracket. The second photo is of a '21 and earlier one. The '21-'25 bracket is nearly identical to the '26/7, but it doesn't have the small boss with the little hole in it for the radiator apron. The TTs used the same brackets as the cars.
