...present it well. Looking at ads, I've seen some that seem calculated to put off potential buyers. Digital photography makes it easy, cheap, and immediate to take any number of pictures. Why not provide plenty of good ones? Jason isn't selling this car, but his pictures are a good example:

Note the sharp focus, even lighting, and clear views of individual features. That's how it's done.
Or you can hire a good semi amateur photographer like me who use to shoot weddings, glamour, nudes, nature, seniors, rodeo's and vehicles for calendars. Or you could just do it yourself. lol.

Many years back I was a mechanic on construction equipment. The main salesman at the store taught me to paint. He always said, you can take the same two pieces of equipment, one with fewer hours but a worn paint job, and a machine with more hours but with a fresh paint job and you will sell the fresh paint job one first and for more money. So it is all in the looks. The better it looks...
You are right Steve. People will over look hidden flaws if it looks good.
I have really nice ocean front property for sale, But only at low tide.
lol Will
Same thing with a lot of ebay ads.
Asking thousands for a car and post ONE or two photos and often lousy ones at that.
I think you are allowed 12 FREE photos.......they're PIXELS for crying out loud......not money.
So true. I had to use photos of other children when trying to get rid of mine.
