I'd ask on one of the computer forums, but the answers, if any, would be incomprehensible for a computer dummy like me. I'm looking for a photo editing program I can download. The criteria are:
1. Free or cheap
2. For Mac
3. Simple enough for me to understand
4. Includes common functions like eraser, text, paintbrush, airbrush, etc.
I've tried Gimp and found it infuriating, anti-intuitive, and user-hostile, meaning I'm not smart enough to make it work. Maybe somebody here can suggest something current that's as easy to use as the ColorIt program that came with my first iMac fifteen years ago.
