I have heard about the himico trans for a model t. There was a torpedo runabout with one on ebay a while back, but lacked information about it. This is the first time I have run across the unit mounted in a car, and visible.http://modelthaven.com/00h.html

Herb I have a complete one for a TT w/2 extra transmissions for sale and an extra flywheel 3000.00/for all plus truck freight or come get them. I'm missing pedals for 2 transmissions, the only difference between the TT unit and a T unit, is one extra shaft and gear and a shift handle(small) the T unit is actually the same size just not drilled for the handle or extra 2 pcs inside the case danuser88@ktis.net

Homemade wheels on that unit, his is a TT transm, I've never found a Himico head, exhaust or intake for mine, when I found my pan, it had a regular T head and exhaust and intake on TT frame, my grandfather ran a big Reeves steam engine and did threshing custom, Dad had 2 brothers and all 3 ran TT's w/Himico transmsions hauling water to the engine. I have one original the other 2 units came from about 60 miles down the road at an old car auction, and no one could tell me where those units came from.
