I'm looking to get another 1915 Model T Touring. The number E 6 15 4 32 LO (LO is almost illegible)is stamped in the wood just below the passenger side door. Can someone tell me what they are. Thanks
David,
If you can post a photo or two, that is usually very helpful. Based on past information the number probably is starting with an "F" rather than an "E" But you may have new puzzle piece that we have not seen before. An "F 6 15" with that sort of spacing -- would fit well with a Jun 1915 Fisher body. But the "LO" doesn't fit well with that theory. I do not know of any body maker name that started with an "E" that supplied Ford. And also please confirm it is a USA body -- false driver's door on the left.
Have you checked the front and rear seat heel panels to see if there is any sort of body number?
If you can, please post some photos and from a couple of different angles. Sometimes you can see more in the photos than when looking at the car.
Respectfully submitted,
