Does anyone have a copy of the "How to" article on building a 2 cylinder model T engine?
I have heard it was Popular Mechanics. I did a search on here, and a Google search but can't nail down the article in full. I would like to display it with my engine at shows.
Thanks,
Brian

I made one, it's easy enough. You use the front half of the block and the rear half of the crank. I had to add a stub on the front of the crank to get a crank pin hole. I used wood for all the block off's but you could weld plate if that's what you want. I can't find a picture right now.

It would be a hoot to make a riding mower that runs on one of these.

Feb 1937 Popular Mechanics has how to on making a one cylinder Ford motor. Just use Google Books and you can read on line.
