Looks like a Ford with an aftermarket front-end dress-up kit.

Sure looks like a 1915 T with "modernized" accessory hood, radiator shell and front fenders (Rear fenders are still flat profile).

Something looks odd about the front fenders. Maybe non-Ford parts of the update kit. Also the rear window of the other car looks kind of fancy, similar to a Dodge Brothers of that vintage. Looks like president Wilson is driving the official car.

Charley,

You have better eyes than mine. Yup the rear fenders are crowned--match the fronts. But look at the running board splash apron--it has the unique 1915-16 original Ford crease and flair at the rear.

Also what looks odd about the aftermarket fenders is there is no beading on the top unlike the Ford fenders. Or if there is beading, it is on the very edge of the fender-I can't tell for sure if it's there.

Yeah, but look at the Dodge Bros type rear curtain on the car next to it.

splash aprons look too tall, running boards low? shaded headlight lenses, like "macbeth", but not that brand, the shade goes half way down and is convex. never seen that type before

The accessory shock absorbers are visible on the front axle and they are unique to Model "T" Ford transverse spring and shackles, so,....one more indication the car has to be a "T"!

Actually, I think Dennis "hit the nail on the head"! I've heard before that in the late teens or so, it was not unusual for someone with an "old fashioned" brass radiator to "upgrade" to a "more modern" black radiator!

The emblem on the radiator shell is definitely not Ford

Actually, the radiator shell is not Ford either. But I still think the car is a Ford. Just a lot of "dress-up" stuff on the front end like Mike Walker said,.....including the visors on the headlights.

The windshield and lamps (brass trimmed Classco cowl lamps and fork mounted headlamps) make me think it started life as a Canadian 1915 touring.
