Joe Gregory, is my brother-in-law and when he married my sister I was seven years old... His dad which is the taller boy George Gregory standing with his two brothers Carcie and James... I knew Joe's dad George and his uncle Carcie well but never met James...Joe's dad George passed away about six years after he and my sister were married and about ten years later the his dad's house burned down destroying everything including pictures...Joe's aunt gave him this picture a couple weeks ago and he showed it to me today and asked if I knew what kind of car they were standing on...Of course I don't and thought maybe some of you may help....It doesn't really matter he is so proud to have a picture of his dad but still it would be interesting to him if he knew....Any help?
It is a Dodge and I'm guessing 1915 or 16.

Richard, I had no clue....even the six individual windows in the rear had me guessing.. He will be interested in knowing....He thought it may be a model T because I have one but I didn't think so....I'll give him a call...Thanks Chet
I'm saying it could be a 16 to a 19 Dodge. From period photos and literature I've seen in my previous job a 15 has 4 window slots in the rear curtain. A 16 has at least six. The 1919 we owned had six as well
It is most definitely a Dodge
Richard and William, thanks Joe said that must be why he remembers his dad always driving a Dodge.....He must have raised around them....Chet
Most definitely Dodge Brothers, Wheels make me think '18 or '19. Cowl & hood is too high for '15-16, and wheels appear to be metal felloe, so that puts it post '17, AFAIK. Lots of Dodge clues, the rear spring "bump" on the rear fender, windshield shape, rear "windows" pattern, and back door lower hinge all are identifying features.

Dodge all the way. As the years previously posted.
