The 1916 roadster we are working on has a Peerless Ford radiator. We removed the waterpump and find that a stock 1916 23 inch belt is too short (fan hits on the bottom) the next size offered is 25 7/8 inches which is too long. What do you recommend for a size in between? thanks in advance, Paul

Paul,
Take your too small and too large belts to the auto parts store and find a flat multi-V belt that is between the two. Flat multi-V belts make very good and durable Model T fan belts.
Jim

Sounds like you have the wrong size fan pulley Paul. Your car needs the small pulley on both fan and crank.

Try driving it without the belt (and fan) - works for many including me.

Paul, those belts from the auto parts store described by Jim last longer than any belt I have ever bought from a T part vender.
I used to have endless belts made at a specialty belt store but price has gotten very expensive on these special made belts.

Royce, doesn't that fuel line need a few more fittings? :-)

The fuel fittings save from the expense and effort to replace a short fuel line. Probably had a filter there at some time in the past, but the filter has been removed.
