Does it have the early lip on the front fenders? Looks like it is slanted around the front edge.

Are the windshield clamps brass plated? They seem to shine.

looks like they need to move up to a ford touring car with the growing family. should drive slower too and then he would not need those axle snubbers

What's that lurking on the running board?

Front of the engine looks like it has one of those cable-pull starting mechanisms. What does everyone else think?

Bill-
I think it is just rebound straps and a starting crank holder.

John I don't think there is anything on the running board except a smudge, maybe a fingerprint?

No pinstripe on this car.

With my tired old eyes, I see to leather axle snubbers-one on each side of the hand crank. There is also a leather hand crank holder that has a loop strap to the passenger side headlight/fender bracket. The crank is held up at about a 45 degree angle. I don't see a cable start mechanism.

It's just a leather jock strap for the crank handle.

(Also, as previously mentioned, there are also two leather strap snubbers.)

Got the same thing on one of my cars:

I have a '13 runabout that still has the original top boot, and it's the same one that is in this picture. From what I've researched, there appears to have been two companies that made the boots in 1913.

Very nice picture. Vanguard windshield and Cocoran sidelamps and headlamps? The headlamps appear to be left and right. Some debate on pairs. Thanks for posting.
