I have a Saks 5th. hard shell Derby hat like the one in the photo which I wear in the T frequently. It was a tad too loose so I put a little dental impression putty inside the band and pushed it onto my head. The thing is a perfect fit now.

When you have a derby fitting correctly the car will blow over off it's wheels before you will loose the hat!
