Today was a "red letter" day for my son, Blaze. He finally got to drive his 1917 Model T truck for the first time. I let him drive in low gear around my folks place. He took to it like a duck to water...thought I would share a short video. He is a proud Model T'er!!!

Great video and a great smile!
It would be best to teach him to crank with his left hand from the beginning so he gets to be a habit.
But it looks like he had a fun time.
He certainly did have fun. Most kids his age are glued to their I-Phones. A number of his friends are taking an active interest in the cars as well, which is a good thing for the hobby.
FYI. The "cranking" picture was posed. He prefers the electric start on the 1922 engine rebuilt by Ross Lilliker. The engine runs beautifully and strong.
Way to go. There is nothing like a first time.
