Probably a reproduction. Found this on the internet by googling Fuqua fortville:
Lester Fuqua was born on July 8, 1907. Lester and Sadie have always lived in Fortville, Indiana. They are also members of the Beech Grove Church of the Brethern. Lester worked forty-two years at Nicholson File Works in Anderson. In retirement, Lester is known allover the country by many antique buffs.
He makes brass lamps and has restored many antique cars. Many of these restorations may be seen in museums. Sadie, as a hobby, paints beautiful designs on china. Lester and Sadie had two children: Judith, who Married John Edward Cain; and Keith, who married Linda Meeker. They have one daughter, Christy.
