Thursday, January 28, 1926. If you have the original engine, the number on the frame will be the same. Look on top of the right frame rail under the floor board. You may have to remove dirt, rust, or paint to find it.

Jan 1926, sometime at the end of the month. That only tells when the engine was made. Without photos of the car it could be anywhere between 1908 and 1927 as later engines could be put in earlier cars and often were.

Looks like a great project, Jan :-)
Is it a recent US import?
I would have expected the drop frame front axle on a '26/'27 in Europe, but maybe the Czech Republic didn't get Fords from the same source as northwestern europe?
I suppose the radiator shroud isn't all the way down. Hard to tell if the headlamp tie bar is the mid to late '26 style or the '27 style, but I lean towards '26. Maybe your car was one of the first to get a headlamp tie bar - or maybe it was retrofitted with an aftermarket tie bar.

Here's one of the '26 style headlamps with a tie bar:
late 26 style
The '27 style headlamps were mounted directly to the tie bar and much easier to adjust.

Thank you very much for your advice. Does anybody have any other suggestions?
Greetings for Czech Republic

Yes, it is a very great project. :-) Car I bought in the Czech. rep., and I do not know when it was imported. Can be found?
Yes radiator is not completely down, the car was disassembled and for sale again carelessly assembled.
Thanks for your tip on the light, I look at the connector

Thank you very much
